We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, and tracking information will be sent via email immediately upon dispatch.

Do all products come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, every electronic device sold by The Crest Company includes a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects. Extended protection plans are also available at checkout.

What is your return policy for opened items?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included to be eligible for a full refund.

Are your products compatible with international voltage standards?

Most of our devices are dual-voltage (110V-240V). However, we recommend checking the 'Specifications' tab on the specific product page to ensure compatibility with your region's power supply.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our 'Track Order' page to see real-time updates on your delivery.
